Our goods are all photographed before being shipped in order to avoid any abusive claim of default or alteration. However, if you should find any fault or alteration, despite all the quality checks carried out, please inform us of this problem within one week after reception of your order. If the fault turns out, we will issue a return authorization number for you to return your item and give you choice of re-ordering (subject to availability) or taking a refund.

Products have to be returned in their original packaging. Returning items travel at your expenses and at your risks. If no authorization number shows on the package, the parcel will not be accepted and returned to you.

Your refund will take effect within 30 days of receiving the items.
